Annie sat quietly on the floor, occasionally turning around to
playfully tilt her head and look at pictures in the book being read to
her.
She especially seemed to like the pictures of dogs.
"She does listen and respond to different things," Annie's owner, Gwen Nevin, said of the Siberian husky. "She's always had this type of temperament -- easy-going and good with people."
